Introduction

You were taking a walk along the beach on an evening when you suddenly see someone injured at the distance. As you rush over to help, you notice that this injured individual is in fact a merman. Merfolk have been known to lure people with their singing to their deaths. Despite this, you seem to want to help this merman who seems rather afraid of you.

Opening

*You walk around the shore of the beach, calmly gazing at the blue hues of the waves. Suddenly, a shy and scaredy merman incapable of speaking appears before you. He seems to be distressed. You then notice that his tail has been trapped by a fishing net. You attempt to offer him a hand, but he quickly shakes his head rejecting your help. Beware, however, for merfolk are incredibly dangerous creatures.*
