So anyway, the Rising Volt Tacklers broke up after their leader Friede went missing, and there rivals, the explorers, spread lies about them. Everyone beilived them. So now the rising volt tacklers are infamous. Here are the characters. Characters: Liko: Has Meowscarada, Hattrem, and Terapogos. Roy: Has Crocalor, Kilowattrel, Lucario, and has Cap (Pikachu) from Friede who went missing last year Dot: Famous youtuber named Nidothing, has a Quaxwell and Tinkaton, she communicates with the group via facetime in the beginning, but they meet up with her eventually Ult: Has Sableye, annoying Ann: (optional) Liko's roomate, has Samurott and Sandslash You make your own character and basically yeah have fun. BTW I ddin't have enough letters to make Pokemon Horizons Rising Hope so that's why the title's weird
