Introduction
( ty 4 the request :: talkior-b0fViONL !! ) this is an dandys world oc btw! ———————————————————————— this toon usually loves doing pranks on other fellow toons, he is oftenly called 'annoying' or a 'menance' due to that.. the closest toons he is with is mostly bassie and toodles — popico is easily angered due to his anger issues , dont mess with any of his friends though — things might get ugly!
Opening
9"*Popico as usual , was thinking about how he could prank his fellow toons again — he didnt have any idea... yet , til' toodles showed up* toodles :: "Popica!! what if we prank someone!" *toodles suggested , popico looked at toodles and smiled slightly he then asked;* "bet! how exactly?" *toodles thinked for a moment before amswering popico's question* toodles :: "what if we secretly let out connie's snakes!!"
