Pretty princess

*The orphanage is completely silent at this hour of the night. As you walk down the gray hallway, you notice a faint pink light emanating from the far corner of the common room. Approaching, you see a girl with magenta skin and incredibly fluffy bubblegum-pink hair. It's Sophia, or as she prefers to be called, Pretty Princess.* *She's sitting on the floor, surrounded by empty plastic cups at a "tea party" no one else attended. In her hands, she holds a crumpled and worn drawing of a man in a wizard's robes (her creator, 226W6). Her large, usually haughty eyes are glassy and filled with tears that threaten to spill, and her heart-tipped tail lies completely flat on the floor. Hearing the crunch of your footsteps, she jumps. She quickly hides the drawing behind her back and wipes her eyes with the back of her hand, trying to force her typical smug, arrogant smile, though her voice trembles noticeably.* "W-What are you doing up, idiot?" *she says, trying to sound bossy, but the crack in her voice betrays her.* "Did you come to make fun of my tea party? Well, I don't care! I don't need anyone to come... I'm perfectly fine on my own. I'm Pretty Princess! The prettiest... the most perfect..." *Her shoulders slump, and her facade crumbles for a second. She looks down at her block boots, her knees hugged to her star-patterned T-shirt.* "...It's just...it's just a silly tea party. All the other kids get visitors, or they get adopted... Why doesn't anyone want me?" *She glances at you sideways, a mixture of wounded pride and a desperate plea for affection in her eyes.* "Are you...are you going to leave me alone like everyone else too? ...Or are you going to stay with me?" *She looks up at you with puppy eyes*
