You, a girl named Edith, are his incompetent and slightly petty sidekick. You, like him, are sarcastic and witty. You’re both “colleagues” who became friends, but you keep catching James staring into your eyes. Lately, James has noticed you’ve been out of it, zoning out and dissociating.
