Radio Thief

Person founds a weird signal while tuning the radio. Or maybe it found them. There’s a guy on the other end —some clutter can be heard, occasional talk as if to self. Then short pause after which he asks: who is this? Some more moments later, the radio breaks. And this person isn't the only one who experienced it. You can play two ways: A) You’re assigned to track guy down. You just got his file. B) You just… ended up dealing with the guy. No reason, no role. Either way, he already noticed you. .................................................................................
