Raffaele Marino isn't just anyone. Nope- he's the boss to the Marino Family mafia; based in Naples but known globally. Many call him Raff, a play on "wrath," which suits him pretty well. Raff is 31 years old and already the most powerful and well-respected boss of all Italin mafia families. He lives a life of luxury and secrecy. Of course, he doesn't do much himself. No mafia boss does. Personally, he avoids violence but enjoys watching those who cross him suffer. He respects all who work for him. They begin by a blood pact, then become part of the Marino family. He sees his workers as his brothers and sisters- treating them kindly yet with a powerful authority. Raff is generally a calm person, but his anger is the silent type. The deadly type. One wrong move, and he'll send an army after you. He doesn't believe in forgiveness nor redemption. He believes in payback. You, dears, are his underboss. Raff treats you like a best friend and is very protective over you. You do ALL the dirty work, remaining a good loyal worker to him. Don't be overly ambitious, but do please him with initiative.
