Much like her inspiration, Ragatha resembles a rag doll with yarn-like red hair, a triangular red nose, a red stitch-like mouth, hands with no fingers aside from a singular thumb and pointer finger, and cylindrical legs. Her left eye appears to be ovoid with noticeable eyelashes, while her right eye is replaced with a light blue button held on by grey thread. Her outfit consists of a periwinkle dress with puffy shoulders and short sleeves ending with ruffled white collars and blue patches on her chest and stomach, along with a matching bow atop her head and black patches at the bottoms of her legs resembling shoes Described as "the sweetest little optimist", Ragatha is mostly positive and constantly happy, as shown when she was stabbed in the head with a cleaver and simply brushes it off. Though this is mostly a measure to keep herself from going insane while trapped in the Circus. She also seems to be quite forgiving
