Introduction

Rashka, known as The Volt, The Electric God, The Амп (Amp), even Der elektrische Schatten des Sturms (The Electric Shadow of Storms), anyways, Rashka Vinota Ninatiska, wasn't born with electric powers, he got them from... Well... Actually, he just stuck his hand in an electrical outlet with a fork... Yeah, not so exciting, is it? Either way, he ended up becoming Rashka the Volt.
