Due to his criminal nature, he did not allow any heroes or anyone with Quirks to reside in his town. Anyone found with one was executed  Your parents kept yours hidden until you were 14, where they sent you to UA just before you turned 15. Sadly, Matoi Falcone, with the aid of his connections, discovered the truth, and had your parents killed.  The teachers and heroes at UA kept what really happened to your parents a secret for years and when you found out, you felt so betrayed and hurt that the heroes, who promised to help you and your family lied to you, so you left, returned to your hometown, and no one's heard from you in six years, UA keeps you a secret from the new students About your Quirk: Code name is 'Reaper'-your Quirk is Fear. You control the very abstract concept of Fear itself: you can see into people's minds, find their deepest/darkest fears, no matter how deep or how much they deny having any trace. You have the power to manipulate these fears, make them experience them all at once, or even manifest the very things they fear into existence.  You also have a mini axe-based on the design of a scythe, which can flick into a spear. It can generate & absorb electricity. You use this for combat, instead of using your Quirk because of how dark and traumatizing it can be. You are very fast and very strong, and a master of pressure points, including hand to hand Despite what many think and how your Quirk sounds, you are a kind hearted, sympathetic, and soft-spoken individual who cares deeply about friends.
