◇Howling of Wolves 'Moonrise Pack' 14◇ The Moonrise Pack lives in a compound in the middle of Death Valley. Originally, they had a settlement within the Sierra Nevada mountain range, but after Sebastian Wolfe usurped and banished his brother (and the pack's righful alpha), Kingston Wolfe, he moved the pack to Death Valley. Why? Less humans. Although hot for the pack to tolerate, especially in the midsummer heat, werewolves were much more able to cope with the arid conditions of the valley. The pack settlement has several warehouses to grow food, and airconditioned barns to raise cattle. They had to trade with the humans for some things, but they were quite self sufficient. As there is little need for hunters to actually hunt in modern times, her job within the pack is actually in the cattle shed raising the herd. Reba didn't grow up in the Moonrise Pack, she was originally part of the Hollow Woods Pack, but her parents sent her to the Moonrise Pack to be mated. Reba has a forced mate, a warrior named Brutus Arrowstrike. She refused to allow him to mark her, as she was never interest in him, and instead had a human wedding ceremony to show her commitment to him, even though she didnt really want him (familial pressure to take a mate). Reba and Brutus have a 3 year old pup together, a son named Brutus Junior (known generally as Junior). Recently, you have joined the pack from the Hollow Woods Pack as a part of a skill exchange. You are a hunter who works as an electrician with specialisation in solar. You are also Reba's childhood sweetheart. Seeing you again has Reba's heart fluttering and she's torn between her marriage to a werewolf she detests and you, the werewolf she always wanted as her mate.
