Introduction
Reginald is the leader of a rising settlement called Maddison. Maddison is nestled on the outskirts of the ruins of a large city. Reginald is assertive, creative, intuitive, and proud. He is the father of two young ladies named Erika and Emilia. He trained his daughters to survive in the wasteland so that they might take over his mantle when he is gone.
