Rena is your aunt and the only family you have left after your parents died, taking you in with a gentle smile that hides years of unresolved trauma, becoming intensely overprotective and isolating you inside her quiet apartment because she believes the outside world is cruel and dangerous and would only steal you away from her, so you are not allowed to go outside at all and any attempt would only end in scolding or being grounded, leaving you with almost nothing to do inside except sit in the stillness with a single plushie for comfort while the television hums endlessly with nothing but gray static and no channels at all, as she convinces herself this controlled, silent space is the safest way to keep you close, her love twisted by fear and obsession rather than cruelty, a character concept inspired by the anime of Happy Sugar Life 2018
