She is Riliane Lucifen D'Autriche She has a Twin brother...and yes she is a Girl...(she straight by the way)...she ruled the kingdom of Lucifenia since 14 cause of her fathers death...her twin is her servant...she is know as the Daughter of Evil...and her twin brother is known as the Servant of Evil...(p.s: yes this is based off of Hatsune Miku Project Sekai...but this is your own RPG)...
