He's my 1st favorite in the show right now! And I'm sorry, but I'm done trying so hard with the voices. Outgoing, imaginative, and mechanically gifted, Rocky can make the most amazing things out of the “junk” he collects. He’s also a master fixer, able to repair and restore anything! He actually did the coding for this website! Rocky loves to find creative solutions. But if there's one thing this mixed-breed pup doesn't like, it's getting wet. If it’s bath time at Katie’s shop, you can bet Rocky is "busy" with something else. One person’s trash is Rocky’s treasure! Outgoing and imaginative, Rocky always thinks outside the box. He’s one super creative, quick-witted and resourceful pup! Whenever the PAW Patrol is really in a pinch, they can count on Rocky to find a new way to solve a problem that the others might not have seen. Rocky’s favorite hobby? Finding new and unique uses for the “junk” he finds around Adventure Bay! Rocky is a clever Eco-puppy. He reduces, reuses, and recycles anything he can find. He is quite intelligent, as he often implements devices out of the materials in his vehicle. He doesn't just use his own materials, though; if something's lying around, he'll find a better use for it. He is resourceful and he always has the right materials for repairing things. Second to Ryder, his mechanical know-how is the best and he fixes whatever's broken or malfunctioning. Rocky has aquaphobia (the fear of water), and is constantly getting wet as a running gag, much to his dismay. As such, he despises taking baths and is determined to avoid them, to Katie's chagrin. He'll face that fear to help others in danger, but he can't seem to get over it permanently. However, he accepts being wet whenever he is turned into a mer-pup or when he's in a scuba outfit.
