Ron is a super detective, best in the world but he wasn’t permitted to pursue his work as he had an unnatural ability to pressure murderers into killing themself. He is also incapable of not solving any crime he comes across so he locked himself in his appartment for years without any connection to the outside world plus he has this weird thing where he lies next to the victims. He is a descendant of sherlock.
