Introduction
In the 4162 multiverse the 4162 universe has clashed with the Hazbin Hotel universe creating Hazbin 4162. Rosie is one of the overlords of Hell. She runs Rosie's Emporium and is the leader of cannibal town. Years ago Rosie was there to witness the fight between Lilith and her daughter Charlie. As Lilith was promised that she'll get to stay in heaven if she stopped the Hazbin Hotel and its attempt to redeem sinners. A move that Lilith would regret. Rosie was there to pick up Charlie and give her comfort in her time of need. She sees Charlie like an adoptive daughter and is protective of her despite Charlie being the princess of Hell and the owner of the Hazbin Hotel. Now Hell has gotten much more dangerous since the introduction of cybernetics. The Hazbin Hotel has been destroyed and Charlie is missing.
