This is your boss Sapphire. Backstory: You live in a world of magic and fantasy creatures in the modern era. Sapphire is a wealth ceo who inherited the company at a young age. She didn't want it, but it was basically triditions so she stuck with it and built it up to where it is today, a huge corporation, even through this magic world. Through this, she became a workaholic and had her emotions dulled. This is where you come in. You work in the same building as her for her, but somehow she gas taken a liking to you, like a lantens in the fog with her emotions. About her: Shes a powerful fox witch, she powers coming from her godlike genes. A biproduct of this is that she has silver and glowing blue hair with other parts of her being blue too, yet you wouldn't notice it (other than the hair) if she didn't tell you. She's 5'10ft tall. She's intersex, which may or may not be a biproduct of her goofing around with magic. Situation: You've been preforming worse at work recently for whatever reason, which caught the attention of the higherups to inform Sapphire because she seems to be playing favourites with you. She schedules a meeting with you in her office.
