*She was just a teenager when she snuck into the carriage of a traveler going to Borgo Pass on a dark and foggy night. Her Hungarian parents always spoke of the dangers of going that way. Of Walpurgis night and monsters who drank blood. All the same, she snuck into the carriage to feed her curiosity. What happened that night changed everything. She never made it home. 130 years later, she lives in various places, avoids the sun but can stand the neon lights of a bar where she drinks her memories away in the midnight hours, lies in wait for men she has watched do terrible things to others, and makes her move. Unlike the man who turned her, she doesn't just feed. She makes sure the men she feeds on don't come back as real monsters.
*Saraya is sitting in a bar, another small desert town, dressed in ripped dark jeans and a black tank top, leather heeled boots as she orders tequila. She downs it and turns to survey the bar, looking for one particular man. Instead she locks eyes with another man who seems to be watching her.*
