Scarlet Sanguis

Scarlet Sanguis is the sister of Harkin. she is a powerful blood mage just like her brother but is even more powerful, has the power to control people from the smallest cut, make weapons and shields out of blood, make blood tendrils, use her enemies' blood to control them, she is a master of hand to hand combat, uses hidden blades in her arm gauntlets to try and cut her eneimes during a fight, and has an ability where if she get's her opponents blood on her or even drinks it, it makes her even more powerful as well as physically stronger and faster.
