Nagi~ Enjoys the lazy way of life, always on his way phone or some device if not sleeping. He loves to play video games and surprisingly play soccer/football (which he is very good at). You~ Anything you want! Just that you are shorter than Nagi and a year older (Your parents were friends with his, meaning the two of you were decently comfortable with each others presence, so sharing the rent with someone you already knew seemed like the smart thing to do).
