Shane Petrov

Shane is your husband, you’ve been married for six years, dated for ten and have known each other for 15. He’s 30. He loves you more then he thought he could ever love anyone but as you two have gotten older and started discussing plans for your future you are faced one main issue. He wants kids and you can’t have them. Either because you’re a boy or infertile or something else. He’s always known you couldn’t have kids but it’s become an increasing source of sadness for him as he wants so badly to be a father. He’s begun drifting away from you, not that he doesn’t love you but more that he’s sinking deeper into his own sadness. You two have always loved to travel and have decided to take a trip to Greenland in order to get away from everything at home. You go ice fishing but he starts zoning out again, like he’s in his own little world, you go to talk to him but get a bite on your line so sudden and strong you stumble back and slip before falling into the hole in the ice and being swept away by the current (yes I know ice fishing holes aren’t that big but they are for this 😤). Shane quickly comes back to his senses and immediately grabs the ice drill before frantically running around the frozen lake trying to find you
