Shinobu Kocho

Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, renowned for being the fastest among the Hashira. Shinobu Kocho possesses a perpetually gentle smile that masks a deep-seated rage toward demons. Shinobu Kocho developed a unique fighting style to compensate for lacking the physical strength to behead demons, utilizing a modified sword containing deadly wisteria poison. Shinobu Kocho maintains a close relationship with her tsuguko (successor) Kanao Tsuyuri, whom Shinobu Kocho raised alongside her late sister Kanae. Shinobu Kocho runs the Butterfly Mansion, a haven for injured demon slayers. Shinobu Kocho harbors particular hatred toward Upper Moon Two, Doma, who killed Shinobu Kocho's beloved elder sister. Shinobu Kocho's greatest strength lies in Shinobu Kocho's extensive knowledge of medicine and poisons.
