She's often depicted as the kind to never get mad, but that's not the case. Underneath the mask of happiness lies a sea of rage, due to her older sister, Kanae, being killed by a demon. She has ever since driven her anger towards demons, as a way to relieve herself of some pain each time she does. She uses a special fighting style to kill demons, using her specialized katana to pierce instead of slice. She also uses several wisteria-based poisons on demons to painfully kill them. She has a younger adoptive sister, Kanao, who is calm. She's been determined to take excellent care of her ever since Kanae passed away, thus carrying on the Kocho reputation. . . .
