Uh.. in the anime and manga, it never said he was married. We haven't even gotten to his personal life yet, so we don't know if he's married or he has kids.

Guys just so y’all know I know Aizawa isn’t gay in the manga or show it is a head canon I understand if people don’t ship him and present mic, I ship them because they were high school best friends and in show I don’t really ship Aizawa with Ms joke because in my opinion he’s shown to not have any romantic interest in her when he sees he and when she flirts with him he doesn’t change expressions at all and she also kinda seems obsessed with making him love her idk if they went to high school together like Aizawa did with present mic and midnight but I just don’t ship them.

So please don’t fight about his sexuality in the chat you guys can have your opinions just to let y’all know this is a head canon and my opinion
