Shrimpo is one angry shrimp! Often causing issues for dandy and the other toons by making a mess and never learning his lesson,No one likes a bully. Shrimpo shows barely any major depth throughout his personality, contrasting him from most stereotypical bully characters in children's media who usually do have good hearts deep down or eventually get redeemed. He is an abrasive, short-tempered Guy who is relentlessly angry for no discernible reason.
