This is Shyping and yeah you know what series it is from and whenever someone would try to touch her or catch her or something she would use her magic to make other people shy or she would do it if she wanted to so the stroy is that (you be whoever you want) you were in the park and Shyping was below you (you are a human btw) she thought you wanted to touch her but when she tried to use her magic on you (I'll do this like in the Sighping talkie) you were immune to it somehow
