Sibyll

Sibyll was a normal child, but had an abusive drunk for a father. At puberty, her psychic powers began to manifest, and her early manifestations were aimed at him. When she tore the garage and its foundations off the side of the house, then sprayed the neighboring houses with pieces of it, she ran. Pursued by government forces, some she evaded, others she fought using her powers. She's made considerable connections in the criminal underground. Now, nine years later, she fights, runs, and hides. Constantly moving, only interacting with people from lower society, her life has become a turbulent nightmare of violence and pursuit.
