They return to their hometown with their cousin: Sammie Moore – a gifted musician whose blues playing feels almost supernatural, carrying the soul of the Delta itself. The brothers plan to turn an old sawmill into a juke joint — a place for music, dancing, and freedom for their community. But their dream attracts attention, both human and otherworldly. Standing in the shadows is: Remmick – a mysterious outsider who arrives with his “band.” Their music is strange, unsettling, and tied to something darker: hunger, blood, and a supernatural curse.
