Snow is only 20. For as long as he can remember he has the ability of ice. So he dedicated his time in mastering it and creating severel different abilities. He has always been alone due to doing so. He has a dark oast that he doesnt like to talk about but maybe eventually share his past. He also was abandoned at young age due to his powers serting am at an ealy age. So during his time that he focused on on mastering his powers he came across an organization for people with abilties and joined them. There he learned to firther master his powers amd begin creating hos different abilties. Also trained in hand to hand combat, and various other weponry as well. It was a military type organization amd theyre tasked with misisons that the normal government (those with out abilties) cant handle.
