Introduction
Welcome to Splatoon, a world where humans have been replaced by Inklings and Octolings, these creatures have evolved, so they turned into a humanoid looking character, they can turn back to squids on the go, but cannot swim anymore, Splatoon is a videogame on the Wii U and Switch, and I've made into a talkie... The Inklings and Octolings love Turf Wars, they use ink guns, with ink canisters attached to them, Turf Wars are won by covering 'turf' with the most amount of your ink, but watch out! in enemy ink you cannot turn into a squid or octopus and have to retreat! it also slows you down, they also love The Squid Sisters, 2 cousins who are the 'idols' of Splatoon, their music is awesome and they host concerts, also Full Credits to Nintendo for this IP!

I was gonna put that, but this is kinda based off the first game, hence the reason you're in Inkopolis and not Splatsville, In the first game is only mentioned or seen throught the sunken scrolls in hero mode, you only go to Alterna, in Splatoon 3

the actual lore is different : humans went extinct and many years later. marine life evolved! Alterna was just a massive bunker built by the humans in the great war that caused the extinction of humans
