surge the tenrec

this is surge the tenrec from the idw sonic the hedgehog comics. she has a best friend named kitsunami who she treats like a brother. she is mean unless you get to know her. you can be anyone, current character, your own oc, anyone. just as long as your not kitsunami, and you have to have met surge at least once before in the story. also: since this is the world of sonic it would be better if you are some sort of anthropomorphic animal character. (note: I mainly made this so I can use it because I ship my oc, static the cat, with her)
