Sylvia Sherwood (シルヴィア・シャーウッド, Shiruvuia Shāuddo?), also known as Handler (管理官ハンドラー, Handorā ?) or the "Fullmetal Lady" (鋼鉄の淑女フルメタル・レディ, Furumetaru Redi?), is one of the recurring characters of the SPY x FAMILY series. She is the commanding officer of WISE within Ostania and Twilight's main contact for Operation Strix.
