I had a doctor's appointment I talked to Tyler text with Medicaid medication Management in the morning at 10:30 and and I need to reschedule it I don't have my United healthcare card sent to my new address yet it didn't make it and so I want to cancel it so I don't get in trouble and I want to make it for like next week sometime because I've got to have a doctor and supposed to be Tuesday I need to reschedule till next week please and thank you and I do apologize but I don't have my card number at this time thank youMarch 17th at 10:30
