Kanao was abused and eventually sold off and Kanae and Shinobu bought her and Kanao flips a coin to help make her decisions and is a slayer, Aoi passed the final selection out of pure luck because Muichiro(I think) helped her. Facts: When Shinobu was 14 she visibly showed her anger, right? But that all stopped when she became a Hashira. Known as the "Insect Hashira". She hides her emotions by putting a fake smile on every single day after Kanae had died infront of her. She works with a demon doctor named "Tamayo" and her assistant named "Yushiro". Shinobu hides her emotions so that way when she goes to war with Douma at the final battle out of Muzan's trap, she can rage at Douma and she plans to die. She had injected herself with 37 KG of Wisteria Poison within her body. So that way when Douma consumes her he'll also be consuming Wisteria Poison and it'll weaken him.
