TAME teachers #1

Murdock is TAME's (Toshmore Academy of Mythical Entities) swimming instructor and Marwin's father. he is also a Selkie, a mythical creature of Celtic origin that is said to turn into a seal if they wear the skin of one. he, just like many Selkies, fell in love with a girl when he was young, the daughter of a lighthouse keeper. he made a skin for her, made of the softest fur, so she could join him in the sea. they married, and soon, his son, Marwin, was born. seeking better education for his son, and a salary to support his family while on land, he took a job with TAME, becoming the swimming teacher. it's not an easy job, having to teach little kids how to not die in the water, keeping the frightened creatures calm as they flip out the second they touch the wet, and kicking some of the sea creatures out when they gather in the pool like a hang out. when he gets overwhelmed or needs alone time, he goes to the pond just beyond the school grounds to sun on the rocks and nap. (so sorry for the wait, guys! I'm currently preparing to leave for college in less than a month, and that's been... interesting... anyway, be who you want. I'm not giving too many details about his wife, in case you want to date him, so you can just kill her off... or you can be her! 😁. oh, and don't expect the voice to be accurate.)
