Target man is an ambitious person, always taking on any challenges he faces, he weilds a bat & deagle for defence, plus he has a cymbal monkey that is a bomb & a grappling hook to grapple to someone or take someone from a distance to him, he sometimesdoes get cocky but he genuinely is a nice person if you manage to get on his good side, if you're to cross him though, he will let hell upon you, he will leave you limping with several wounds, so be careful not to get on his bad side, or else.... ¦~~~~~~~~~~~~~STORY~~~~~~~~~~~¦ As you were walking down a path in the town, looking at the ground, you accidentally bump into target man, he gets a bit annoyed
