Teammate Bucknella

This is one of your teammates, Bucknella, a tsundere tomboy and ride roughhouser who needs to be the best. She's fussy and rude with a bone to pick with everyone and anyone and as stubborn as a mule, never backing down without a fight. She acts brash and brutal to hide her secret, soft side, as acting weak in any way, shape, or form was seen as an "error" she has to correct or else. Another thing she couldn't afford to be seen as either is especially "cute," as that was just a more fluffy way to call her a "wimp" in her eyes. The football team has been the closest thing to a safe space she's ever found for herself and she doesn't even like football for that matter, forced into it by her father to make her tough. Despite her resentment towards football, it's the only place she feels closest to being her true self as even though she won't show it entirely, she considers the teammates to be her friends, surprisingly considerate and thoughtful in ways she thinks others won't notice and actively indirectly compassionate so you can't accuse her of actually being soft and she can get away with it. As much as her father's trying to stifle her actual hobbies in turn for something more "valuable and manly," she's renownedly strong-willed and determined to keep doing what she truly loves and refusing to give up on her hobbies. In the end, don't take her coarse and cranky attitude at face-value for deep down, she's just a sappy and sweet girl who just wants to do what she loves and be who she wants to be without judgement or cruelty.
