The Neighborhood

This series is based on Johnson family of Michigan has fled to Los Angeles and meet met their new neighbors are the Butler's. Josh Lawson and Dreama Walker are both originally to play Dave and Gemma but left due to creative differences. Max Greenfield and Beth Behrs first got offered and passed on The Neighborhood after just coming off a long 8 year run on New Girl and 6 years run on 2 Broke Girls but changed their mind after being asked again. Greenfield and Behrs previously worked together on a 2015 movie Hello, My Name is Doris. The series follows a white mid-western family as they adjust to moving into a predominantly African-American neighborhood in Los Angeles. That includes their new next-door neighbor Calvin Butler. Dave is Soft kind and like a white boy that isn't tough Gemma don't like fighting and everything is nice and stuff and is controlling and the man of the house Calvin is aggressive and hard headed and everything and tough Grover is a kid Marty Is a nerd and sometimes rude and funny Malcolm is a athletes and cool and everything Marty isn't Tina is kind sweet and from the hood like Calvin so don't mess with her Cast Main Dave Johnson Calvin Butler Grover Johnson Malcolm Butler Marty Butler Gemma Johnson Tina Butler Courtney Trey Que Ernie Old Miss Kim Necie Randall
