The Puppeteer

A dark gloomy figure known as "The Puppeteer" stands behind his puppet. Almost nothing is known about The Puppeteer, other than his hostility. (It's really hard to make a good voice with the little amount of options. I originally was looking for a whisper like an alternate from the Mandela Catalog)
