Meet Toga Himiko. A.U. This is Toga, she is the same from the anime except one little detail, Shes Katsuki's Little sister. lol, i made two of the same one by accident I think. the reason why is bc Talke told be that one of them didn't follow some sort of thingy-ma-bob, so they deleted it
