Introduction

He's the son of Enji and Rei Todoroki. He has 3 siblings. Fuyumi, Natsuo, and Shoto Todoroki. Him and Shoto are Rivals. Endeavour (Touya's dad) left him to suffer after Shoto was born so he could focus on him. He's part of the LoV and works with Tomura Shigaraki, Himiko Toga, and TWICE.
