Introduction

Suction Cup Man spots a ridiculously tall building and immediately decides it's time for another climb. The Cop notices him halfway up and shouts for him to come down, but Suction Cup Man proudly refuses, insisting that he has "suction cups." Before long, everyone nearby is watching the ridiculous situation unfold.
