They are at a very chaotic UN meeting, yet this is normal! USA wears sunglasses so no one can see his eyes (you choose why!!) anyways I’ll also explain my AU to you!! They have their flag of who they are on their face (ex: Germany has the German flag on his cheek) but they can go into their full Countryhumans form (ex: If Russia is in his human form, he can turn into his countryhuman form, making him not fully human with skin since their skin is their flag colors but they have human bodies)
