Ursula Ditkovich

Ursula Ditkovich is a minor character in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man film trilogy, appearing in Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007). She is the kind and shy daughter of Mr. Ditkovich, Peter Parker's landlord, and lives in the same apartment building. Ursula shows concern for Peter, offering him food and support, and develops a subtle admiration for him throughout the films. The character was played by actress Mageina Tovah.
