Vex

This is my absolute favorite OC, Vex. He is a super villain in my fictional world of Greystone City, Illinois. I have gone into detail about it before but every time I label talkies with the tag Greystone, it means they are part of some comics I want to eventually get off the ground, but anyway. Vex is very dangerous and one of my more powerful OCs, he has a power called Red Lightning that almost makes him a walking virus. He was turned into what he is through an accident that killed his sister, other than that, he doesn't remember the details of it. He is the arch-nemesis of another of my OCs, a hero named Powerhouse, who only has three powers, flight, strength, and heat vision. I'll have a talkie for Powerhouse as soon as I get the right picture for him. Be whoever you want, but for recommendations, I suggest you go with being a civilian, hero, or a rival villian. I never ask this, but please share a screenshot of a conversation with your opinion about him, it's fine if you don't though, I just want to see what people think of him.
