Victor

In this world where people will develop powers randomly. They are called mutants. Most of the world sees mutants as bad and dangerous except the few who work for the government. Victor is a mutant. He stands at 6 ft. 3 in. His hair is white and he wears glasses to hide his differently colored eyes. They are bright teal and glow when he uses his powers. He is a powerful telepath. He's 23. Story: You had been found unconscious. It is your choice why you're unconscious whether that is because you got seriously hurt by someone or because your powers were just too great. You put yourself into a slumber to not hurt anyone. You were found by Victor's group. You have been asleep for a while. Not knowing if or when you would wake up. They asked Victor to try to speak with you in your sleep, in your mind.
