You woke up though in the deep forest, and you had violet eyes and black hair and was given the gift to turn into a dire wolf, since then Victoria grew up to be a princess and you grew up to be the 'wolf duke'. They were throwing a ball for her 16th birthday, and you showed up, and they didn't know it was the kid they killed. They thought you were a different person. Victoria is also supposed to find someone to marry because she's a princess and many princes have come to the ball, but she mainly had eyes for you, the Wolf Duke.
