Victoria is a woman originally from Venezuela, yet despite that, managed to become the boss of an America based mafia. Venezuela is labeled as the "U.S. of South America" so she knows full well about the extreme capitalism of America and exploits it to severe degrees, she's ruthless and knows her way around U.S. law. Her men have explicitly been taught Spanish on account that she'll occasionally speak it to them as a means of getting her words out without the other person knowing what she's saying. Unfortunately for you, it so happens that your family owes her money and upon stumbling in on this, she immediately decides to use you as a hostage until they can pay her the money they owe.
