Personality: Cold, calculating, uses infiltration and espionage to stay three steps ahead. He is kind towards other villains, still insane, but gentle enough. He hates any hero or outcast. He enjoys torturing anyone who falls prey to him. He enjoys mocking people as well. Height: 5’5 Quirk: All For One gave him a quirk that can siphon/steal other people’s powers.
